The opening plenary session will include words of welcome by RAPS leadership, the Programme Committee co-chairs, the presentation of awards, as well as a moderated expert panel with discussions around the theme Regulatory Affairs: Science or Art? Science (rationale) and art (emotion) have a nuanced intersection the in regulatory decision-making, regardless of a pharmaceutical, device or IVD. Panelists will share practical insights on how this integration influences decision-making irrespective of their position in the regulatory process.
