Within regulatory sciences, Vincent specialised in Strategic Management adapted to MD and IVD products. For the last 17 years, he has been developing a model for efficient regulatory strategy based on the Total Product Life Cycle (TPLC) as presented by David Feigal in 2002. This evolving model has been used as the cornerstone for more than a hundred regulatory strategies built with medical device manufacturers. Vincent's current work focuses on the the use of Businedd tools to help reducing the uncertainty and risk in the regulatory compliance process, with a special interest for highly innovative devices.
After a PhD in Behavioural Neurosciences from University Paul Sabatier Toulouse (France), and a Research Fellowship in York and Cardiff Universities (UK), Vincent worked in the IVD field before founding nexialist.
Vincent was trained as a Solution Focused Business coach and is a member of RAPS, TOPRA, RQA and the Strategic Management Society.
