Yingying Liu, MSc, is an associate director, at CSL Behring, where she is responsible for overseeing CMC relevant regulatory activities of multi-sites and projects related to CSL Behring’s biological products. Before joining CSL Behring, she worked for major pharmaceutical companies and regulatory consulting firms in China and EU.

She works on a wide range of regulatory affairs projects including regulatory intelligence, design of approval pathways, dossier preparation and submissions for many high-quality Clinical Trial Applications (CTA), Marketing Authorization Applications (MAA) and post-approval change submissions in China, and led the regulatory submissions activities in many Asian countries. As thought leader, she interacts with regulatory agencies on new regulations, author book chapters and articles in leading global publications and deliver presentations at renowned international events.
