Kelly van der Geest is a manager at the Medical Technology department at the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and has over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry with CRO's, consultancy companies and medical device start-ups. She is using her knowledge and experience to take medical device development, innovation and regulatory compliance to a next level at the University Hospital.

Next to managing the Medtech Innovation Support Office (MISO) and being member of the management team Medical Technology, her projects involve implementation of MDR & IVDR, contribute to (long term) medtech and innovation strategy, streamlining the innovation process for medical technology, set up and contribute to collaborations and affiliations on the topic of innovation (such as Medical Delta, TU Delft, NFU, EUHA), and building/maintaining the innovation network consisting of internal and external parties.
